[ARCHIVED] Property Record Card Search Issues

For the time being, you can visit the County Website and access property record cards as follows:

Departments> Assessor (refresh the page as described below) > Property Record Card Search

How Do I? > Find (refresh the page as described below) > Property Record Card Search

Departments > Assessor > Assessment Neighborhood Maps

To refresh your page:

PC/Windows: Use the F5 key just before clicking the link.

Mac/Apple: Command (may be displayed as an apple or clover leaf) + R

Mobile Device: Use the round arrow next to the search bar/url.

If refreshing does not work you will need to clear your cache. Desktop users can follow these instructions:

Google Chrome     Mozilla Firefox     Internet Explorer

Clearing cache data may vary by device and browser.

If you search by address you will need to turn on Parcel in Layers, so you can click on the parcel to get the link to the prc. This also makes the map interactive so you can click any parcel to view its property record card.

If you search by tax id you will automatically be able to access the link.

The Assessor's Office strives to provide taxpayers with easy access to information. If you are still experiencing issues please email or visit the office to obtain property record cards.
