St. Joseph County has established a Code Enforcement program. For more information regarding the public outreach period please check out the Public Outreach page.
Enforcement begins on April 1, 2022 for the three ordinances below:
- Abandoned Vehicle Ordinance
- Public Nuisance Ordinance
- Weed and Rank Vegetation Ordinance
If you would like to report a property you believe might be in violation of any of our Code Enforcement Ordinances, please fill out our online form.
