For those of you who placed Apparel Orders in the 2023 Sale:
Orders placed are expected to begin shipping within the next few weeks! They will ship as the vendor has them ready for each location. Your order will ship to the worksite location you specified when placing your order.
Additionally, you may have noticed that your method of payment has not yet been charged for your purchase.
When you placed the order initially, the system would have authorized a temporary transaction in the amount of your order, then removed it shortly after. It may have shown as pending. This is correct. Your method of payment will not truly be charged until your items are shipped by the vendor.
