Be sure to include the proper fees after submitting your application. This can be done in person or by mail at Area Plan Commission, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., 11th Floor County City Building, South Bend, Indiana 46601. Fees are $50 per sign type. For example, if you have two walls signs, the fee is $50. If you have a wall and freestanding sign, the fee is $100. ILPs will not be issued until the proper payment has been received.
