Disaster Relief Foundation, INC.
Mission: To support our constituents and ensure that as a community we work together to build, sustain and improve our capability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural and man-made disasters.
The St. Joseph County Disaster Relief Foundation, Inc. was formed to provide financial assistance to residents of St. Joseph County, Indiana in times of need as they respond to, and recover from disasters impairing the habitability of their homes. In furtherance of this mission, the Board of Directors of the Foundation has established certain policies to govern the future distribution of funds.
Except for the payment of reasonable fees and expenses associated with the maintenance of the Foundation as an Indiana non-profit corporation and 501(c)(3) public charity, the Foundation may only disburse funds consistent with the following policies and regulations.
