Submitting Appeals


Complete Form 130.
Complete Power of Attorney if necessary.
Check the information needed to verify you have included the required documentation.
Hand deliver or return by mail, e-mail, or fax. 

Beginning with 2019 Appeals Payable 2020 if form 11s are mailed
- Before May 1 the Appeal Deadline is June 15 of the  assessment year.

- On or after May 1 the Appeal Deadline is June 15 of the next year.

Board Appointments


The PTABOA is comprised of two appointments made by the City/County Council, one of whom must be certified by the Department of Local Government Finance as a Level II Assessor-Appraiser, unless waived. Three freehold appointments are made by the County Commissioners, one of whom must be certified by the Department of Local Government Finance as a Level II Assessor-Appraiser, unless waived. County Assessor is the secretary. (No more than three members may be from the same political party.) (IC 6-01.1- 28-01)

  1. 2019 Assessor's Night In

    The assessor, Rosemary R. Mandrici, and staff will be available to answer questions and assist with appeals on the during extended office hours on the following days: Thursday, May 23 and Wednesday, June 5. The office will be open until 6:00 p.m.
