Each week will feature a short session on a wellness topic, connect you to free community resources, and suggest apps to help you on your path to wellness. Representatives from the St. Joseph County Health Department and Purdue University Extension Service will be available to answer questions and St. Joseph County Parks Department staff will lead a short walk in the park. Walk as far as you are comfortable or just come out to enjoy the weather. Dogs welcome on a 6 ft. leash. 

Thursdays in July from 9:00 to 11:00am at Ferrettie/Baugo Creek County Park. Meet at the Oak Tree Shelter.

Thursdays in August from 9:00-11:00am at Bendix Woods County Park. Meet at the Runnels Shelter/Hardwoods Picnic Area.
