How do I receive a refund on my property tax appeal?
After the hearing for the property tax appeal the information reducing your tax bill is sent from the assessor’s office to the County Auditor. It is in the Auditor’s Office that the change is made. The change may result in a payment surplus or a commissioners’ refund.
