Marie Nimtz serves as the Personnel Coordinator for St. Joseph County. Marie has been with the county  since 2016 and joined the HR team in 2021.  She is responsible for keeping up on current job openings for all county departments and updating job descriptions, recruitment and new hire orientation. Marie also does payroll for several departments within the county and is responsible for EEOC reports and unemployment reports and claims. 

Outside of work Marie enjoys, camping, kayaking and traveling.
